What Are the Benefits of Exceptional Remote Learning Facilitation?

Creating a remote workshop is easy. Generate a link in your video conferencing platform, fire off an invite, and wait for the response. It's no wonder that so many of us spend so much time in poor quality, remote events. Creating an exceptional remote workshop on the other hand takes more effort. Our Exceptional Remote Learning Facilitation course will show you that, with a little preparation, you can:
- Design online events that are memorable and more likely to lead to commitment and positive change
- Communicate effectively online
- Improve your presence during online events
- Be prepared for technical issues and manage them gracefully
What is Exceptional Remote Learning Facilitation?
When you are training or facilitating at your best, you are like what?
This is a question many of us in Learning and Development find easy to answer for in-the-room training and workshops. For Live Virtual sessions – the answer is not so easy.
Exceptional Remote Learning Facilitation is a combination of what Lisette Sutherland calls “Mindset, Skillset and Toolset”. It is easy to fall in to the trap of thinking that it is all about the tooling. We will show you how Mindset and Skillset can take your Live Virtual sessions to the next level and show your participants that Remote Learning Facilitation can be better.
We are experiencing deep systemic changes to how work actually works. Remote work will continue to be a significant presence in our professional lives. Being equipped with the skills needed to create safe and engaging events is going to be fundamental for any trainer, facilitator and meeting host to master. This course offers deep insights and discovery opportunities on how to deliver an exceptional experience.
