How to create outcome-oriented change

with Dragan Jojic

It is not what you do, it’s what you get by doing it

Change is hard, especially meaningful, lasting change. We make it even harder with our default predict and plan mindset and a pre-determined menu of methodologies, practices, and tools.

What would happen if we were to agree what we would like to have happen – our desired outcome – and shape our approach around that. While there is still no guarantee of success, starting with a clear outcome will provide direction, improve alignment, generate engagement, and facilitate learning.

Over the last few years, outcomes have been central to the work I have been doing. I share with you my current thinking and the approach I have been using to try to create real change.
