How to create outcome-oriented change

with Dragan Jojic

It is not what you do, itโ€™s what you get by doing it

Change is hard, especially meaningful, lasting change. We make it even harder with our default predict and plan mindset and a pre-determined menu of methodologies, practices, and tools.

What would happen if we were to agree what we would like to have happen โ€“ our desired outcome โ€“ and shape our approach around that. While there is still no guarantee of success, starting with a clear outcome will provide direction, improve alignment, generate engagement, and facilitate learning.

Over the last few years, outcomes have been central to the work I have been doing. I share with you my current thinking and the approach I have been using to try to create real change.
