To achieve the Kanban Management Professional credential, you need complete both the KMP1 & KMP2 course.

The Kanban Management Professional course follows the official LKU Certified KMP2 syllabus. It is a 2-day interactive training session. So, you will be learning from both the trainer and each other. There is no exam at the end. Upon completion, you receive the Kanban Management Professional (KMP) credential. A globally-recognised accreditation that you can use as official recognition of your achievement.

A prerequisite is to complete the 2-day Kanban Systems Design (KMP1) course. This is also known as Lean Kanban Foundation. If you have not completed this course, then please choose one of the options below:

Kanban works across many functions of an organisation. If you want to improve you working practices, then you should attend a Kanban Management Professional Course. This could mean you are about start a Kanban initiative. Similarly, you might want to get more from your current Kanban system. Previous KMP2 attendees have been in roles such as:
