Founding Partner

Vic is a Kanban Management Professional, a Certified Scrum Master, a Certified DSDM Atern trainer, a certified Agile Project Management trainer and a SAFe trainer. He is a former Director of the Agile Business Consortium and chief examiner for Agile Project Management at APMG.

Vic worked for BT from 1979 to 1997. His projects included the development of the Syncordia Billing System and various CRM systems for BT Europe.

Vic made the move to Academia in 1997. Some of the areas he lectured on were Agile Development (DSDM and Scrum), Database Systems, Information Systems, Project Management, Software Quality Assurance and Research Methods.

José is a business agility consultant & trainer with extensive experience. He is dedicated to helping organisations and individuals embrace modern management methodologies including Kanban, Scrum & Collaboration Frameworks. Strongly motivated towards continuous learning and research, he is able to help organisations achieve better Agility. His goal is to create thriving and engaged organisations.

José is an international speaker, chair of the BCS Agile Specialist Group and organises the London Lean Kanban Days (LLKD) conference.

José’s experience covers the full breadth of Agile approaches. He is a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), Enterprise Kanban Coach (EKC) & Certified Trainer for Training from the BACK of the Room!

Jean-Paul Bayley

Jean-Paul is a business agility coach and trainer. He is passionate about helping people do their best work. He does this through training courses, workshops, and coaching. He has a strong technical background having worked for over 18 years as a software engineer.

JP is a Professional Scrum Trainer (PST), an Accredited Kanban Trainer (AKT), Certified Trainer for Training from the BACK of the Room!, and a Certified Collaboration Instructor. He has delivered talks at conferences in USA, UK, and Ireland

Amaad Qureshi

Business Development Manager

Amaad is our Business Development Manager and operates as an all-rounder. He has over 10 year’s experience working in the IT sector. He oversees all our sales and marketing initiatives, looks after our client accounts, partners and new business opportunities.

He is passionate about learning & development and is dedicated to helping professionals work towards becoming the best version of themselves.

He holds a multitude of certifications and achievements including Kanban Management Professional (KMP), Certified Collaboration Architect (CCA) & Certified Scrum Professional (CSP). Amaad is also a community leader and is the secretary of BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT, Agile Specialist Group. In this role he organises conferences and events for over 2,500 BCS members.
